TORO

TORO represents the state of the art in the dimensional inspection of large volume work-pieces in industrial environments.The affordable price combined with an optimum metrology performance make TORO CMMs the ideal tool for the dimensional inspection of large thin walled parts such as automobile bodies and subassemblies, and the automatic verification of prismatic parts.
The high quality design, the sturdy mechanical structure, the built-in linear thermal compensation system, and the wide range of probes, heads, and accessories make TORO a high performance measuring machine, easy to use under any operating condition.
Dual arm configuration is available to cover larger measuring volumes. The Hexagon Metrology TORO is available in a floor-mounted runway-type series. Column/arm modules can be used with or without a surface plate.
All models are motor driven for complete hands-off DCC inspection. The open-sided design allows easy access to parts and facilitates automatic loading-unloading operations.
The machine rides on high rigidity recirculating ball pads and precisely ground, inductively hardened bearing surfaces for longer measuring life in shopfloor environments. The column axis (Z) is covered with a machine tool-like bellows to protect it from shop contaminants.
TORO has been designed for maximum operator protection and complies with international industry safety standards. The new horizontal machine comes with a wide variety of electronic touch trigger and analog probes, automatic probe changers, and indexing heads to facilitate the inspection of sheet metal components. Standard probing equipment is the new Tesastar line of indexable heads and probes from Hexagon Metrology.

VENTO R

Vento is an affordable high-performance measurement system distinguished by innovative design, a highly reliable mechanical structure, as well as a wide selection of control units, probes and accessories. It has been designed and engineered to ensure accuracy, reliability and ease of use in all stages of operation, as well as maximum safety for the operator. Vento complies with the most stringent international industry standards. Its open design allows easy access to the workpieces and easy automatic loading/unloading. All models are motor-driven and equipped with disingageable drives. Vento is available in a single or dual-arm configuration and can be paired with the patented FIVE U-nique flexible fixturing system.
The X rail of Vento Runway can be installed flush-floor.

Maestro is a line of ruggedized high-performance horizontal-arm measuring machines, designed and engineered to provide accurate dimensional inspection of car bodies and subassemblies in a shop floor environment. All models are direct computer control systems featuring high dynamic and accuracy values and very long measuring ranges, providing maximum productivity and higher operating efficiency. Maestro is available in single or dual arm configuration, and supports both tactile and non-contacting measuring probes to meet all sheet metal inspection needs. Maestro complies with the most stringent international industry standards and is complemented by flexible fixturing options and the CW43L continuous wrist.

BRAVO NT

Bravo is a line of ruggedized high-performance horizontal-arm measuring robots specifically designed for flexible on-line dimensional inspection of car bodies and subassemblies where speed, accuracy, reliability and reduced maintenance are required for process control in real time. Bravo features a modular open structure. Thus, it can be easily integrated into the production line and configured in multi-arm cells that combine the flexibility and ease of programming of CMMs with the speed and user friendliness of conventional measuring gages. The combination of several original design solutions make Bravo extremely stable, stiff and resistant to the harsh shop floor conditions. Maximum speed of 52 m/min, acceleration of up to 2.9 m/s2 and FLY axis interpolation make Bravo the most efficient body-in-white robot in the market.

PRIMA C1

The quality of design and the superior mechanical structure, plus the broad range of probes, heads, and accessories, makes PRIMA a high-performance DCC CMM, easy to use under all operating conditions. The three-point worktable support eliminates the need for costly foundations. The rugged construction is combined with a built-in linear thermal compensation system for reliable operation in production environments. PRIMA CMMs can be equipped with DEA CW43L high-performance servo wrist, laser sensors, continuous scanning probes, and probe and styli changers. The Prima C1 models are available in single arm configuration, side-mounted on a base plate.

PRIMA RXT - RXT-SF

The quality of design and the superior mechanical structure, plus the broad range of probes, heads, and accessories, makes PRIMA a high-performance DCC CMM, easy to use under all operating conditions. The three-point worktable support eliminates the need for costly foundations. The rugged construction is combined with a built-in linear thermal compensation system for reliable operation in production environments. PRIMA CMMs can be equipped with DEA CW43L high-performance servo wrist, laser sensors, continuous scanning probes, and probe and styli changers.
The Rxt model features the "Runway" structure, a separate guideway for the longitudinal axis may be fixed to the floor, suitably protected by guards and air bellows. When installed flush to the floor, it may be supplied with walk-on covers for the longitudinal axis.
The Rxt-sf model is suitable for harsher operating conditions. All machine axes are protected by air bellows (Y and Z axis) and walk-on covers (X axis). It can be used in a wider temperature range - up to 16-24 °C.
Both the Rxt and Rsf models are available in single and dual-arm configuration.

The Prima RI models feature an innovative architecture (Runway integral) that combines the advantages of the integrated workbench of the Console versions to the flexibility and ergonomics of the Runway versions. The workplate of the RI models can be installed flush-floor or even directly on an industrial floor and does not need dedicated foundations up to x strokes of 7000 mm.
