Laser Trackers Leica Geosystems have been at the forefront of laser tracking technology for more than 15 years

T-Probe II Armless, wireless probing, which sets new standards in precision as well as ease of use. The Leica T-Probe enables inspections for hidden points as well as inspections of up to 9 cars in one setup.

T-Scan The high-speed hand-held laser scanner digitizes small and large objects 50% faster than regular scanners. It scans any surface with no need for powder or photogrammetric targets – from clay and foam to textiles, folio-covered surfaces, and sheet metal.

METROLOG XG  for interfaces to the Leica Geosystems Laser Trackers and the "Walk-Around" T-Probe. In addition, more than 50 interfaces for CMMs and PCMMs are available. AXYZ - LEICA GEOSYSTEMS APPLICATION SOFTWARE is based on our knowledge of local conditions and requirements on the shop floor. This has helped very much in developing a software that is proven worldwide with a couple of thousands of sold seats. Approved by major companies such as Boeing and Airbus and tested on the mathematical algorithms by the PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt )in Braunschweig/Germany.  Axyz is a modular Windows® based software that adapts ideally to all metrology tasks and Leica instruments. It has been designed for easy, everyday applications in build and inspect use that require online measurement and analysis.
