Leitz PMM-C 600 / 700 / 1000

Ultra high precision Leitz Coordinate Measuring Machines and Gear Checkers.

The PMM-C series of ultra high precision coordinate measuring machines and gear checkers is suitable for the inspection of standard geometries (i.e. cylinder blocks, gear boxes etc.) as well as for the measurement of special geometries of any kind, such as camshafts, worms, screw compressors and many more.

Coordinate measuring machines of the Leitz PMM-C series are also used as gear checkers. Fast and precise inspection of any kind of gears and gear cutting tools up to a diameter of 1550mm is possible with those machines.

Leitz 3D probe technology with integrated High-Speed-Scanning for fast collection of large point numbers
Capable of form inspection.

bulletHigh resolution steel scales by Heidenhain, with automatic temperature compensation
bulletPre-stressed air bearings with electronic gap monitoring

bulletPower transmission by re-circulating ball screw drives
