Leitz SIRIO
The SIRIO measuring robot is designed for fast inspection within a harsh production environment. Unlike most other flexible gauges, the SIRIO does not require an air conditioned housing.
28 integrated temperature sensors compensate thermal machine distortions in real time. Due to this unique technology the SIRIO keeps its accuracy specifications within a large temperature range of 15 - 40ºC.
Due to it's high throughput the SIRIO 3D Measuring Machine can facilitate the quality and process control in production lines, for example for engine blocks or gear boxes.
With Leitz MultiSCAN technology different probe heads (Single Point Probing or High Speed Scanning) or different inspection tasks can be changed automatically.
