PC-DMIS

PC-DMIS: a graphical interactive measuring and inspection software, that can be linked to virtually any CMM on the market to create part inspection programs and update existing CAD databases. The features offered by the program include a customizable graphic user interface, a 3D animation of the full machine kinematics including part and fixtures, that allows visually verifying the system setup and the program prior to actual part inspection, flow-control subroutines for error correction during measuring operations. A new Interactive Hyper Reporting function allows an enhanced flexibility in report formatting and in data handling.

QUINDOS: a powerful, comprehensive measurement software that streamlines measurement programming and analysis both for the ordinary and the complex applications. SPC-Light

SPC-Light is a statistic analysis package developed in cooperation with Lighthouse Systems Ltd. SPC-Light suits any size company. SPC-Light can be used both by a single workstation data collection facility and by usergroups for large scale collection of data from several steps of the process. SPC-Light was the first Windows-based statistical software package. Data is collected and stored in a flat file structure and made available to a full range of tools of analysis and reporting. SPC-Light can be used both on the factory floor and in the office for data collection, analysis and presentation of results, and can virtually connect to almost any measurement equipment. SPC-Light offers operators simple procedures for data entry and clear tools of analysis giving instant understanding of the state of the process.

DataPage/RT

DataPage/RealTime SPC software quickly turns raw measurement data into valuable information for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes. Employing a full range of analytical tools and resting upon a robust, scalable database technology, it meets the needs of manufacturing organizations of all sizes ranging from the small shop to the largest multi-nationals. It easily manages the high data volumes generated by most advanced measurement equipment.

G-Scan

G-Scan software is a reverse engineering package able to generate surfaces and sections from digitized clouds of points. Thanks to an efficient and fast surface calculation the reverse engineering time can be drastically improved. G-Scan is available on ROMER articulated arms only.

G-Tube

G-Tube is the latest technology in non contact tube measurement: an automatic tube bending machine adjustment is included, as well as springback calculation and customized interfaces to the most common pipe bending machines. G-Tube reduces the time of bending machine setup and the cost of tube manufacturing. G-Tube is available on ROMER articulated arms only.

G-Pad

G-Pad is the basic, user-friendly geometric measurement package for the Romer arms. An efficient and quick menu access makes this software easy and intuitive for users. G-Surf

G-Surf is the measurement package for inspection and verification of geometric elements and surfaces, based on a CAD model of the part. The program is compatible with all the most common CAD formats and features a 3D part representation, both in wire-frame and shaded view mode. Graphic and numeric outputs are available for an immediate understanding of inspection data. G-Surf is available on ROMER articulated arms only.

Enterprise Metrology Solutions - EMS

EMS stands for Enterprise Metrology Solutions. It's the guiding idea driving Hexagon Metrology's software development for the long term. EMS is a metrology system. It uses the core technologies of PC-DMIS as the foundation of a group of interrelated software products that companies of all sizes, ranging from small shops through large enterprises, can use to build integrated and efficient metrology systems. These products work in a way similar to the way Microsoft Office products work. They have a common look and feel and are able to share data and in some cases part programs among themselves.

Chorus CAD / Surfer NT

CHORUS CAD: a powerful and flexible measuring and inspection software, which provides full access to a number of powerful integrated functions, ranging from basic dimensional measurement to surface generation and analysis. CHORUS CAD through its bi-directional CAD interface downloads 3D part models to create a graphical representation of the part for use in generating part programs and producing pictorial graphical reports. Direct access to GD&T information included in the CAD model eliminates the need to manually enter data. Inspection results can be uploaded directly to the CAD system for reverse engineering applications.
