Manual machine versions

These two versions have a coordinate stage fitted with a quick release system in both axes X and Y. This system enables fast displacements for locating the geometric feature to be measured.

Dis-engageable wheel drives are used for quick motion in the Z-axis as well as fine setting of the focal length.

DCC machine version

On this version again, the coordinate stage along with the vertical axis are displaced by means of  DC servomotors. Their speed is tightly controlled through the rotating encoders, especially when the joystick is used or high precision images are processed in the X-direction. This for example.

A plain axis coupled with planetary arranged ball bearings allows the stage to be displaced mechanically. This system also acts as coupling clutch in case of collision.

Vertical displacement is ensured by rack and pinion.

 

Tesa Scan 25 & 50 CNC non-contact round part measuring system

All dedicated TESA SCAN and Profile systems for non-contact measurement incorporate high-resolution CCD linear sensors. Each sensor is subdivided into thousands of light sensitive pixels (DIN 32877).

When the part image is projected, these sensors, which act as light sensitive rulers, can detect the slightest changes at sub-pixel level. The workpiece is illuminated with parallel white light and its image is projected onto the linear CCD sensors.

These sensors provide the information obtained from the image, which allows accurate analysis of the geometry of the part features.

Rugusurf 10G

The very latest portable surface roughness gauge from TESA. Being compact and versatile, this gauge can

equally be used for incoming or surface finish inspection on the shop floor or in the measurement laboratory.

Among other benefits, the tool will measure roughness parameters to ISO 4287:1997, DIN/ISO 2085:1998,

MOTIF or CNOMO standards.
